Shipping Information
We are currently processing orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. You will be notified by email immediately of any exceptions. Most UPS overnight orders are shipped same-day if placed by 3:30pm CST.
Orders will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless alternative shipping is purchased. If you need something quickly, we recommend UPS for faster and more consistent transit times.
The status of your order is available by clicking on “My Account” (the person icon) at the top of the page. The carrier will provide an estimated arrival date which you can access with the tracking number provided for your order - usually within 24 hours of shipment. Be patient with USPS orders!
If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, but you have not received it, contact your local post office with the tracking number to inquire about it, or complete the mail tracking request form at USPS.com. If the post office is unable to locate your package, please contact us at support@spellboundbeadworks.com and we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Transit time does not include the day the order is placed, holidays, or weekends. As much as we wish we could, Spellbound Beadworks cannot control the transit time of your package. If you need your order quickly, we suggest using UPS.
Note that USPS Ground Advantage can take 3-8 (or more) business days to arrive.
Free shipping applies to all eligible domestic orders over $60. Orders that qualify for free shipping weighing more than 3lb will be shipped UPS Ground. All other orders will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage or an alternative at our discretion.
Returns and Refunds
Spellbound Beadworks wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy on all products, as long as the product is in salable condition. Gemstone beads must be on their original string.
You may use self-service returns to process a return. Your order must be within the 30-day return window to qualify. Go to your account via https://account.spellboundbeadworks.com to begin the return process.
Spellbound Beadworks does not charge a processing fee for returns. Instead, we ask that you cover return shipping for any returns you need to make.
All returns must include the name listed on your Spellbound account, your address, and the order number. Please include your phone number in case of questions.
Spellbound Beadworks provides an option for self-service returns. Please note that all gemstones must be on their original strands, and all products must be in salable condition to qualify for a refund. All returns must be processed within 30 days.
To submit a return request:
1. Click the profile (person) icon in the top menu, or go to your account via https://account.spellboundbeadworks.com to begin the return process.
- Sign in to your account:
In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
4. Click "Request return".
5. If your return request is approved, you will receive an email with the shipping instructions. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

For any issues with your order, please contact support@spellboundbeadworks.com within 10 days of delivery.
If you feel an item has arrived damaged, please take photos of both the product and the shipping container, and do NOT discard the shipping container. Send the photos along with the order number and any other pertinent information to support@spellboundbeadworks.com and we’ll be in touch within one business day.
We will process your return within two business days of receiving it. Once the return is processed, you’ll receive an email with the amount being refunded. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All refunds typically take 2-3 business days to be applied back to your bank or credit card after a return is processed, and this is wholly dependent upon your bank or credit card.
We cannot accept returns on special order items, partially used items, destrung gemstone beads, items postmarked outside of the accepted date range, or physically altered items.
We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that is returned after the 30-day period or to charge additional restocking fees based on the original invoice date.

Sales Tax Exemptions
Due to the US Supreme Court ruling in South Dakota v Wayfair, Inc., states may now collect sales and use tax on internet transactions for products delivered to addresses within their state boundaries.
Sales tax may not be charged for your order at this time due to Spellbound's sales volume in your state. However, if you have a legitimate reason that your orders should be tax exempt, contact tax@spellboundbeadworks.com with your sales tax exemption form to begin the process.

We are required to receive a state sales tax exemption certificate to provide a tax exemption. Website Mechanics
To create an account at Spellbound Beadworks, click the person icon at the top right of any page. On the following page, you can either sign in with Shop if you’re a previous Shop customer, or enter your email and click “continue.” We will then send a code to the email address you entered, and you will need to enter it and click “submit” to continue. Then click “Shop” at the top of the page to start shopping.
Our site doesn’t use passwords, so no need to worry about remembering one! Each time you log in, we will send a code to your chosen email address for you to enter to access your account.
Once logged in you can click the person icon at the top of any page. From this page you can:
• Edit account information and address book
• Track open orders
• View previous orders
Click the person icon located at the top of any page. From this page, you can change or add an address and view your order history.
